Women's makeup: Makeup for the session is highly recommended for all women. The cost for makeup during your session is listed in the price sheet and includes minimal hair assistance if needed. The makeup is applied specifically for the lighting we use and we usually start very naturally to give you a very clean simple look. We do touch-ups and will add subtle changes to the makeup as the shoot progresses. If you’d like to start off a little heavier on the makeup we are happy to do that as well, just let us know.
Women's hair: We ask that everyone come in with their hair ready the way you would like to present yourself. Your hair should look its best! Bringing mousse, hair spray, hair accessories is advised. You'll be required to book another session for dramatic hair changes $50 for an additional 30 min.
Men: We don't recommend makeup on men, but our makeup artist can provide light grooming for skin and hair on the shoot for $75 if you like. Our professional retouching usually covers any issues that may arise skin-wise, so there are no worries in that dept.
Facial Hair: If you’d like to shoot with facial hair we’d be happy for you to come in with whatever level of growth you’d like and can shave or trim it down once we’ve gotten the scruff covered. Bring whatever grooming products you’ll need with you to get it done. $50 for an additional 30min.
SCHEDULING AND PAYMENTS We are normally available for shooting Monday through Friday after rush hour and all day during the weekend. The schedule can be revised at any time. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a spot on our calendar. The fee is due at the time of booking a shoot date and time.The remainder will be due 24hrs before your scheduled appointment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal online.
We work with freelance makeup artists and you will be paying them directly, they require cash on the day of the shoot. Delivery: 5-10 business days delivery for proofs and final images. If you are in a rush, please choose expedited services. We will not rush your order unless you purchase expedited services. No exceptions.
Additional images are $75 and include basic retouch.
IMPORTANT: If you are unprepared there will be a $100 rescheduling charge. It's common for clients to come unprepared for this session. Unprepared means, you did not come with the recommendations in your preparation email. You do not have shoes, socks, accessories, etc. This session CANNOT be successful if you are unprepared. You will end up wasting money and time. If you feel you need more time to plan, please do so at least 3 days before your session. You should allow at least 2 weeks to plan for this particular session. Zoom calls are scheduled ONLY if there is a week's notice.
