All sales are final once services begin — including planning, consultation, communication, or location booking.
If you cancel within 5 days and no services have started:

Only the non-refundable retainer (50% of your session) will be withheld.

Any remaining balance you paid in full will be refunded.
If services have already started, the entire payment is non-refundable — even if within the 5-day window.
Refunds will not be issued for:

A change of mind

No-shows or late cancellations

Issues outside of the photographer’s control
Clients using Affirm or other payment plans are still responsible for full payment and are bound by this policy.
In rare cases where SSYFOTOS is unable to fulfill services as agreed, a refund or credit may be offered at the photographer’s discretion.

A $50 rescheduling fee applies.
