WHAT TO WEAR

• Solid colors or soft tones photograph best

• Avoid heavy patterns or logos

• Cap & gown can be worn over your outfit or as a separate look

A full prep guide will be sent after booking.

BOOKING POLICY

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your slot

• Remaining balance due before your session

• Reschedules allowed with 48-hour notice. (The next available scheduled event)

• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time

⏱️ TURNAROUND TIME

• Proof gallery delivered within 3–5 days

• Final edited images delivered within 5–7 days after selection

Women's Makeup:

Makeup is highly recommended and priced separately (see price sheet).

• Includes light hair assistance if needed

• Makeup is tailored to our lighting and starts with a clean, natural look

• We’ll touch up and adjust makeup as the session goes on

• Prefer a bolder look? Just let us know—we’re happy to start there

Women's Hair:

Please arrive with your hair styled as you'd like it to appear in photos. It should be photo-ready.

• Bring any styling tools or products you may need

• Major hair changes during the session will require an extra 30 minutes ($50)

For Men:

Makeup is not necessary, but light grooming (skin and hair) is available for $75 if desired.

• Most skin concerns will be handled in retouching

• Bring grooming tools if you want to adjust facial hair mid-shoot

• 30-minute add-on for grooming or facial hair changes: $50

Scheduling & Payments:

• Sessions available Monday–Friday (post-rush hour) and all day on weekends. Unless specified above

• 50% non-refundable deposit required to book

• Final balance due 48 hours before your session

• Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal

Makeup Artist Payment:

• Paid directly in cash to the artist on the day of your session
