SSYFOTOS Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking a session with SSYFOTOS, you agree to the following:
Payments & Booking

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session.

Full payment is due by the day of your shoot.

Late payments may result in a $25 fee and 5% monthly interest.

Payments are accepted via PayPal only.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule at least 1 week in advance.
-
A $50 rescheduling fee applies.
-
No-shows or late cancellations will result in loss of all payments.
❌ Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds for completed sessions or any services already started (including planning, emails, or location booking).

Changing your mind does not qualify for a refund.

If you use Affirm, those payments are still your responsibility and follow this same no-refund policy.
Image Delivery
-
Final edits will be delivered within 3–4 weeks.
-
Choose your images within 2 weeks of receiving proofs.
-
Files are deleted after 6 months unless otherwise arranged.
-
Only 1 edit is included per image.
What’s Not Allowed
-
No screenshots or editing of proofs.
-
Don’t post behind-the-scenes content without permission.
-
Inappropriate behavior will result in session cancellation without refund.
Other Notes
-
For event bookings over 6 hours, a meal must be provided.

The photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to lateness, weather, or lack of preparedness.

If an emergency or government shutdown occurs, you may receive a reschedule or credit — not a refund.
